Numerous media outlets have stated that Hall-of-Fame baseball journalist Peter Gammons is leaving ESPN to join the MLB Network. Our sources tell us that these reports are false, and that Gammons was let go by ESPN.
The real reason for Gammons’ dismissal was that he was caught breaking into Theo Epstein’s house and spying on him in the shower, according to a source familiar with Epstein’s gorilla suit.

Problem with Gammons isn’t even the insane bosocks bias, it’s that he hasn’t had a “scoop” since the 70s! I once asked Onley what he though of that and his defense was “What do you want me to say? I work with the man.” Oh.
