Hughes is a pitcher, Joba a thrower. Phil as a 5th starter would rock. Joba as the 7th and 8th inning guy with the lead or in a tie would rock. It's the best use of each of them for 2010. Down the road in 2 or 3 years Joba could take over for Mo or, if he grows a brain and learns to pitch, he could become a starter, like Johan Santana who went from MR to ace pitcher as he grew older.
