Checking in with Brett Marshall
Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 2:05 pm by Gary Wallace
On Monday, 20-year old Brett Marshall made his first game appearance since his July 2009 Tommy John surgery, going 3 innings for the Gulf Coast Yankees.
After the game, NoMaas' Gary Wallace checked in with him to see how his arm was feeling:
Arm is feeling amazing! Velo was 93-95 so definitely getting that back. Just really excited to be back in games. Believe my last game here is Saturday and then I should be heading off to Charleston. I'm ready to get out of here!
Very encouraging news from Brett. He's definitely one to watch.

Brett and Slade on the same team. Two Texas dudes who like to get after it. Awesome.

Who the fuck is Brett Marshall?
Another too short to be very good starting pitcher.
“Another too short to be very good starting pitcher.”
Another useless broad generalization that says nothing of the specific person.
High achievement always occurs inside framework of high expectation.
Folks who wants work with love but only with distaste, it is far better that you should leave your hard work.
