Wait a second, I thought it was a terrible idea to sign him and that he was selfish?
Not much accountability when you post under fake names, eh?

I don’t like NoMaas, yet I continue to come here and provide them with revenue from advertising impressions. I also enjoy the company of other men.

The excellence of execution.

Mariano has made himself the best closer in the history of the game on just one pitch.
When he comes in you’ll see cutter. cutter. cutter. Typically it will break the bats of hitters as it rides in on their hands.
The ability to repeat his delivery over and over has made Mariano…the best closer…all with his one pitch.
He throws just one pitch….the cut fastball.
Tim McCarver June 10, 2010 08:08
Also, someday Robinson Cano will win a batting title.
MG June 10, 2010 08:10
wait, why does Mo have a Jerri Curl in that photo… Is this a Soul Glo commercial?
Tim McCarver June 10, 2010 08:12
if a guy can run faster. he typically can steal more bases.

Mo’s greatness can’t be disputed. He always looks comfortable on the mound and never zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Robinson Cano is Dominican and talks with a Dominican accent. Isn’t that funny!?!! I get jokes!
Joe West June 10, 2010 13:05
Time of Game 3:18. That is 18 minutes too long.
Check out my latest song I wrote it for my good friend Jim Joyce, it’s called:
“Safe at First I thought my Fu-Man-Chu was his leg”

Just letting everyone know my rehab is going well. I was able to eat a Grand Slam at Denny’s for breakfast and two of the new Subway fit subs for lunch with no pain in my wrist.

You guys are getting fucking lame. If you’re going to make the same joke over and over again, at least make it relevant to the post.
Hey look, a guy imitating Joe West! Haven’t seen that before!!!

ROGER CLEMENS IS IN THE BUILDING!
Sean June 11, 2010 15:47
The Dominican accent posts are no longer funny. The posts about Cashman’s vocabulary have never been funny. There are certain buzz words that all GMs use to appease moronic fans; Cash doesn’t use them any more or less than other executives. His saying he does his “due diligence” on a player is no different than ARod saying he’d rather go 0/4 in a win than 4/4 in a loss. Both statements are cliches, but they’re cliches that we expect to hear. Get over it.
