In a blink of an eye, he was gone. It’s been a few days since Chan Ho Park was designated for assignment, but the pain is still very real.
“I had a lot of fun with the Yankees,” he said. “If this is [the end] for my career, I got to play for the Yankees. I’m happy to get experience with the Yankees before I finished in the Major Leagues.
And we are happy to have experienced you, Chan Ho. Please accept this as a token of our appreciation. (speakers up)

And he may have been directly “responsible” for the win the next day against the Sox. 3 shutout innings in a 1-1 game.
Park cost about $1M and threw almost nothing but low leverage innings. Who cares?

gotta love a place that “worries” about Jeter and poops out new stats to prove why we should be “concerned”
Yet they cry Park is gone?
I’m convinced no one at Nomaas actually watches games. They just look at box scores and stats.
