We’re willing to do whatever necessary to keep Posada healthy

After going 2-3 with a triple (should have been a double) and a walk on Tuesday night, it's painfully obvious how much better the lineup is with Jorge Posada. At the tender age of 39, Po is still getting it done at the plate: .262/.369/.479. It's really amazing.
We need to do whatever necessary to keep Posada healthy for the playoffs, as seeing Cervelli in the postseason would be vomit-inducing. No techniques should be ruled out.

We want Jesus! Put him on the 40 man, Cash!
Great shop, you’re a whiz at this.

Ban for the statue. Urination is not acceptable. I like men.
“seeing Cervelli in the postseason would be vomit-inducing”
Daddy likes.
When I was in grad school we had a softball league and the Urology department of the medical school had a team of physicians and residents called “The Stream Team”. They had t-shirts with the name on the front and “Go With the Flow” printed on the back.
Congrats on your 10th career triple (I think), old man.
This thread reminds me of a quote I once said.
“To be the man, you have to beat off the man”
Ban Bud, please tell us more about your awesome and hilarious grad school softball league.
Chad Moeller to the rescue!!
Haw haw, burn.
My tripple in the ’96 playoffs was better.
I would lick Posada’s taint to make sure he’s healthy. I’ve done it before. Ask Girardi.
Hillarious p-shop job!
Am I the only one who doesn’t get the joke?
yes
Yes, fischlin. You are the only one.
I would too, Joe. In fact, licking Posada’s taint reminds me of another quote I once said.
“Give me cock or give me death.”
And by “cheese tortellini with basil-pesto sauce” I mean dick.
I hope you guys realize that Cervelli will be starting games in the postseason because of the personal catcher crap. I doubt Girardi will suddenly get rid of the personal catcher concept between now and then. So if Burnett/Vazquez/Nova start any games in the playoffs, Cervelli will be in the lineup with 2 of Berkman/Posada/Thames on the bench. I eagerly await the Girardi-bashing when this happens, because he deserves it. To limit the chances of this happening we need Sabathia/Pettitte/Hughes to all be in the rotation in October. I’m kind of worried that the Hughes innings limit will put him in the bullpen though, which will only increase the likelihood that Cervelli starts games in October. And who knows what shape Pettitte will be in at that point? The Yankees should have known that this overusage of Cervelli in October would happen when they started that personal catcher crap earlier this year.
Ben, what I wouldn’t give to dip my balls in your sauce and call you Cervelli.
Joe, do you want to shave each other’s pubes tonight?
That actually reminds me of a saying I used to say.
“The only good man, is a naked man.”
Jorge gives good head
“I doubt Girardi will suddenly get rid of the personal catcher concept between now and then.”
He got rid of it last year in the playoffs. Posada caught AJ.
