I much prefer the Village People to the Bee Gee’s. Sexier staches.

The usage of the term ignorant gets thown around alot in this place. However, anyone who has the ripped Tex or Jeet should have their face listed in Wiki under IGNORANT! I’ll dare say not a single one of you ever played baseball let alone at a high level. You have ZERO knowledge of how/what comprises a quality player/team. Their DAILY solidification and anchoring of the infield is one of the BIGGEST reasons you had a final win/loss record worthy of even being in the postseason! Pitching and DEFENSE is FAR more important than filling a lineup with .300/30hr batters from top to bottom. Just ask the Indian and Ranger lineups of the 90′s. Or how bout the 2000 Mariners, just for a few examples. How’d things work out for those teams??
Funny how there’s not one single one of you bozo’s who has had even ONE opportunity to rip on Jeter or Tex for LOSING a game due to an error. And for Jeet, I challenge you to EVER find one to use as an example in the postseason…….looo zers….

Sorry, that last one wa me, I posted under the wrong name. You could probably already tell though by my use of “solidification”
Sensitive RAB guy October 21, 2010 22:51
WTF is solidification?
Bafftled Bystander October 21, 2010 23:29
Huh, imagine that. SF just loss due to an error by 1st baseman Aubrey Huff that DIRECTLY led to 2 runs which cost them the game. Once again Tex haters, please enlighten us all to all the examples you have of Texeira doing something similar??….(crickets)….
Solidify
1. To make solid, compact, or hard.
2. To make strong or united.
Solidification = the process of solidifying ;)….lol…

WTF is “Baffled”?

Uh No I am not baffled. I always appreciate Tex for his defense. Which is why no DH should ever win an MVP award if a position player has similar stats. The position player can help you win regardless if he hits or not. Tex may not have been hitting in this series but his presence effects the lineup. Pitchers still have to fear him.So Baffled Pillow biter fuck off most of us rational fans appreciate Tex for more than hitting because we remember what an all bat no glove first baseman looks like.

No I meant WTF does baffled mean?
WTF October 22, 2010 12:04
Duly Noted. Cano looks better in the three hole right now. Maybe Alex will get something to hit.

Balls and strikes baffle me, unless the balls are in my mouth. Then I’m just real happy.
