Leave it to the Orioles to give us our 1st win. Seriously, how is Jake Arrieta even allowed on a ML mound anymore? His ERA never landed last season and looks to be staying where it may have floated to this season.
On the other side, Ivan Nova is now 18-6 since being called up in late 2010. Who gives a shit about his other numbers. The fact of the matter is that when Nova pitches the Yanks win 75% of the time.
The stats guys will surely light you up, citing numerous “proven” facts for why Nova is not a good pitcher. And, logically, one can see he’s had his share of smoke, mirrors and run support. Still, the guy wins. Facts are facts.
Stats don’t see he isn’t a good pitcher, they say he’s pitched above his head. I hope this lasts, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up around a 4.20-4.30 ERA, which is still decent in today’s age.
i dumb him and he starts hitting, your welcome and don’t forget to watch re runs of “that 70′s show” so my main squeeze can get that royalty money bitches.

Winning by four. Hottest hitter on the team at bat. Bunt!
Buffalo Bill April 10, 2012 09:40
I’ll remind you of this comment the next 50 times Jeter doesn’t bunt in that situation and instead wraps into a nice, tidy 6-4-3 DP.
Ritardi Losses:2 April 10, 2012 09:55
I have bashed Jeter in the past, but I have to give him credit, he is bringing back the 90s.
Jim Leyritz's Cellmate April 10, 2012 16:59
Do we know if that was called from the bench or if Jeter did it on his own? I haven’t seen that specified anywhere.
HBO April 10, 2012 07:01
If Nova breaks his leg, we’re canceling the season.
