Ever.
Reggie Jackson has been instructed to stay away from the Yankees indefinitely following his controversial comments in a magazine article, though the Hall of Famer’s position with the club is not believed to be in jeopardy.
Jackson was told by the Yankees not to attend this past weekend’s series against the Red Sox at Fenway Park after the former slugger’s comments to Sports Illustrated, which included criticism of the legitimacy of Alex Rodriguez’s home run total.
Jackson told SI that he has an issue with players linked to performance-enhancing drugs who have passed his 563 home runs on the all-time list, a group that includes Rodriguez, who has admitted to using steroids with the Rangers from 2001-03.
“Al’s a very good friend,” Jackson told the magazine. “But I think there are real questions about his numbers. As much as I like him, what he admitted about his usage does cloud some of his records.”

I just ripped out one of my tooths…and I did it for Billy Butler!!! WOOOOOO!!!!

Booing Cano was classless; boo hoo, he didn’t pick Billy Butler, never mind the fact that his three AL Squad picks came in first, second and third place. Boo him during the pregame if you have to. But booing him throughout his turn, and cheering when he makes outs? Pathetic. I imagine Robbie will get over it fast enough, though his dad seemed a bit shaken up. Oh well, fuck Kansas City and those pathetic hillbilly fans. Robbie will hit the HRs when it matters… in the Yankees next series versus KC and in the postseason. Meanwhile, KC will be busy battling it out against the Twins for the title of AL Central basement dwellers.
And in their defense, cheering for guys that don’t hit homeruns is what Royals fans are best at.

I’m going to drop a load while I’m flying over you.

I like Billy Butler because his family used to cook my preferred crank.

Reggie Jackson is a pimple on the dick of Yankee history.
Why can’t he just keep that half black/half latin/half white mouth of his shut!?
He never admits fault and then wants everyone to bow down to him and not question his thoughts. He’s that empty moronic jock who thinks cause he read a one page article about something that makes him an expert on the subject.
Just shut the hell up, wave, smile and autograph. Don’t know one need to know what the hell your thinking unless it’s how to swing a bat.

Is the dick of Yankee history very long… or is it 2.001 inch’s like mine? is yankee history up to this point but a micropenis in comparison to this franchise’s future? …let me ponder these Whimsy Musings while going to town on some kosher meat…..

What the fuck is it with Reggie being a colossal dunce in magazine articles?
The Second Lady July 13, 2012 15:52
His passion in life is to ALWAYS be the straw that stirs the drink..

Today when I was taking a bubble bath, I farted while I was in the tub and bubbles came up! They were stinky

Robbie is a good friend but he should have picked Billy Butler for the homerun derby. Failing to do so taints his legacy and hurts his Hall of Fame chances. Also Mark Teixeria doesn’t like Latin players.

In Reggie’s defense every coment he’s stated has been taken out of context since 1976.

How so?

Straw that stirs the drink.
Are you retarded?
Jack Nicholson July 10, 2012 09:05
You can’t handle the truth, Alex. Or Randy. Or Cash. Or Hal. Or everyone in the Yankee brass, who continue to turn a blind eye to this A-Hole named A-Rod, who put the “A” in Albatross.
Adam Warren July 10, 2012 11:13
Even I know AROD is a tainted
Dellin Betances July 10, 2012 13:49
Didn’t you say that you licked his taint in the big leagues?
I get checks July 10, 2012 11:15
Sounds like Hal is super sensitive to the fact that he is spending an extra $30 million on meaningless milestone home runs by AROD
on top of the fact he pays him $25 to suck ass.
Reggie just speaking the truth – no hof for AROD
In the mail July 10, 2012 20:25
And Reggie was especially right when he said Andy Pettitte deserved to be in the HOF over ARod and Gary Carter just because he’s a good guy. Being a good guy is definitely an important qualifier.

Yankee Fan July 10, 2012 11:22
KC fans just gave the rest of the league to blue print on how to make Robbie look like Bobby Meacham – just boo him & he crumbles.
Joeybagonuts July 10, 2012 17:59
Except other fans are all worn out after booing A-Rod.
Maybe Robbie can only hit 95mph pitches and not his dad’s bp slop.
Mike L. NYDnewwz July 11, 2012 14:51
KC needs more revenue sharing money from the Yankees to keep Butler for 10 more years.
Kenneth Matinale July 11, 2012 18:30
Amusing title but Reggie as Fredo does not work. Reggie is a made man.
