It’s embarassing that after that call he is still employed. I mean was he even disciplined? Not that Bud Selig cares. I mean according to the middle aged white man posse “human error” is what makes baseball the “greatest game in the world.”

Ah yes, the 19 inning game from two years ago. I remember watching that game. Terrible that it ended like that.
P.S: I’m glad somebody else is finally calling out MLB on their “tyrranical” policies. They are a bunch of crooks.

Sorry guys but I wanted to hit the harbor and order my usual 15 dinners before the restaurants close. Baseball? Fuck that.

If these guys are allowed to make calls like that, they should be allowed to defend themselves against physical attacks after they make those calls. I love his explanation, too: “I’m guessing he might have got him, but when I was out there when it happened, I didn’t see a tag. I just saw the glove sweep up. I didn’t see the glove hit his leg.”
Translation: “I wasn’t really paying attention. I decided doing only half my job was good enough.”

I really specialize in giving UP walk-off hits– particularly homers, but I thought I’d try this whole “walk-off hit thing” myself!
