We cannot say with certainty that Michael Kay will make additional references to the fallacy of the predetermined outcome because you have made assumptions about what led up to Kay’s signing so that all hypothetical future references to the fallacy of the predetermined outcome are now in doubt.

Considering the alternatives, I can live with this.

Fallacy of the predetermined outcome…I’ve always wondered what the hell that means. What Kay does not understand is the difference between conditional and independent probability.

I went to a Yanks game this past year and was walking up River Ave towards the Stadium. A Mercedes SUV with NY Press plates slowly went through a red light pushing the pedestrians out of the way and started heading up towards River Ave which was closed off to cars. A cop directing traffic at the intersection screamed at the driver to pull over. Michael Kay popped his head out and smiled and said I’m with the Yankees. The cop recognised him and rolled his eyes and let him go. Kay is an a$$hole!
